Preparation for operation
Open .DMG
Copy the application file to the / Applications folder
At startup, a window like this appears with the name of the application being launched
Versions starting with Apple macOS X 10.13 High Sierra by default block the launch of applications downloaded in a way not authorized by Apple, namely not through the AppStore or from unauthorized developers who have not paid for Apple Developer certificate.
You need to remove the attributes assigned to the file when writing to the file system disk.

Select a clip in the Final Cut Pro timeline. Position the playhead over the clip in the timeline so that the clip’s video is displayed in the viewer. Click the pop-up menu in the lower-left corner of the viewer and choose Crop (or press Shift-C). Control-click in the viewer and choose Crop. Click the Ken Burns button at the bottom of the viewer. Final Cut Pro X was a bit of a shock for some long term users of Final Cut. Given Apple's policy of keeping quiet on their plans and motives, it is understandable that many people were confused by the direction that FCP is taking.
