Nuka world officiallly has a lv30 start requirement, though I have read on other threads you can just goto the start point at any level to trigger it, though it may well depend on what level the minimum is for nuka world mobs, after all if they start at lv30 going there too early will just mean you die a lot unless you are very careful. Nuka-World is the sixth add-on for Fallout 4. The add-on will only begin after level 30, when the player character will begin to hear a new radio, the Nuka-Cola Family radio. However, the add-on can be started earlier by entering the Nuka-World transit center. If you enter the Safari Adventure Welcome Center and look way up, you can faintly see a floating terminal. You can access this terminal through creative use of certain mods. The terminal contains files that mention P.A.M. (Predictive Analytic Machine), the Railroad HQ robot the DIA and U.S. military originally programmed to analyze and predict wartime situations and tactics. P.A.M. herself is a reference to WOPR (War Operation Plan Response) from the 1983 film, WarGames.

Hang in There
If you climb to the top of Mad Mulligan’s Minecart Coaster , you can find this cute little sloth hanging off of the top of the tallest hill. Could this be a reference to the sloth-like construction crew that never finished work on some attractions before the bombs fell during the Great War?
Curtain Call
When stumbling through the Fun House in Kiddie Kingdom, you’ll find yourself in a spinning room with multiple doors. One of them hides this scene, reminiscent of the famous shower scene from the horror movie Psycho.
This Looks Familiar
Behind another door in the Fun House spinning room is a chilling recreation of the opening prologue to Fallout 4. The scene features you, your spouse, and baby Shaun. Has someone been watching you all this time?
